COVID-19 PROTOCOL

We are beginning to relax our COVID restrictions. You are no longer required to wear a mask inside the hospital. We still request you call upon your arrival, and we will guide you from there. If you prefer to have curbside service that is still an option just let us know once you call. 

We are still going to provide curbside services for medication and food pick up as well as technician appointments, so please call when you arrive.

If you are feeling ill or have any COVID-19 symptoms we kindly ask you to call and reschedule your appointment or have a healthy family member bring in your pet for you. 

Things we ask from you when considering veterinary care for your pet:

• Call ahead- Many of you do this already but this will allow us to figure out how we can accommodate your pets’ needs.
• Please plan ahead- regarding medication and food refills. Letting us refill items ahead of time will decrease contact and wait times. We do not want to run out of stock and may need to order in what is needed.
• Determine Urgency- If uncertain of what is happening with your pet please contact us by phone, email or text so we can help determine what is going on. If you know your pet is truly needing emergent care please reach out to the Fox Valley or Green Bay Blue Pearl Facilities.  Please call them ahead to confirm availability and hours..
• Expect extended wait time- We will be doing our best to make sure we stay on schedule but with some of the additional safety measure we will be implementing things may take a little longer than usual so please be understanding and patient while we continue to care for you pets.
• Illness- If you are feeling the slightest bit ill please find someone else (18 years or older who can legally okay medical treatment that may be needed) or reschedule your appointment. We will still do our best to have an over-the-phone consultation with you at the time, before, or after your pets’ appointment.
